I find alcohol a much more afforable way to ruin my health.
My ladies mom recently quit using this and she hasn't smoked in the two months or so since quitting which is pretty rad.
My mom however tried it about a month ago and pretty much had a disasterous faliure, which is not so rad.

Banning smoking in bars is one of the best things to ever happen. I've almost forgotten what it's like to have my clothes stink like smoke. These days I only end up smelling like an ashtray when I go to house parties.Quote:

It smells of stale piss though... the cigarettes did cover that up pretty well.

I'm halfway into my second week and I am 3 days smoke free. The last 2 days were pretty rough but today is much different. I picked a shitty weekend for my quit date - new pos installation tonight after 3 14 hour shifts then coming back at 8am to pull 16 more hours. I'm happy about the pill though. I don't think I'd enjoy a cigarette if I had one. I too have a good feeling about this time. This shit does piss my stomach off something terrible. I'm about to go smoke. I figure after four years of two to four smokes a day I'll call it quits.
I don't even know how people afford a pack a day.
