I'm excited for all the Kickstarter adventure games to come out and remind everyone how bad Telltale is at making adventure games. I think we all supported them expecting them to improve after Bone and Sam and Max, and it just never happened. They kind of maintained that level of adequacy.

I really enjoyed Tales of Monkey Island. I thought it was up there with the LucasArts classics.

I thought the Walking Dead game actually had the best interface of all the games TellTale has released this gen. It was really fluid and easy to use.

Summer of Arcade receives dates and prices:
July 18 Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD 1200 MSP
July 25 Wreckateer 800 MSP
August 1 Deadlight 1200 MSP
August 8 Hybrid 1200 MSP
August 15 Dust: An Elysian Tail 1200 MSP
Looks like everything besides that lame Kinect game is $15.

Shit, I want 4 out of 5, everything except for the Kinect crap. I played Dust and Deadlight at PAX and those are 100% purchases, I guess I'll wait to see how the THPS HD port turns out, and then wait and see about Hybrid. Hybrid looks cool but there aren't many XBLA games that keep a consistent and good multiplayer community so I'm more hesitant to jump on that one.

I liked it better when XBLA games were cheaper. But Dust would be Day One at $29.99
