I've found some things that build my back up pretty good though. Funny thing is I have just discovered the deadlift. Deadlifts and kettlebell swings make my back muscles sore in the immediate sense but leave me feeling so much stronger and more pain free.
If this stupid fucking ringworm (hey, at least it ain't arm herpes) will get gone soon those'll be the first things I do.
A few days ago my flight got canceled I had to spend the night at the Chicago airport and wasn't sure when I'd get to catch another flight. Having to sleep there really sucked, but at least I came in safely once things got straightened out.
My back issues are really on and off. Sitting in the wrong position while on the ouch can trigger it to act up like a bitch, or sleeping on it wrong... I have to sleep with a pillow between my knees to keep my hip aligned properly and I just get miserable if it slips or something. My lower back is a total mess due to horseback riding for many years (hunter-jumper, at that). I took a bad fall when I was 13 and it's been 'meh' since then. Most of the time it's nothing more than the 'old woman' feeling when I stand up or something, but every now and then I have to wear a brace at night and can't even crawl into bed properly and shit. I get muscular spasms in my upper back around my shoulder blades, and spinal discomfort on my lower back and left hip socket. Blah! I'm too young for this nonsense.Quote:
