I reiterate my first point, parents raise your fucking kids. Make sure they're doing their fucking homework or reading something of value under 17-18 when they're no longer your property.
If they're going to force out teens, why not just go all the way and make malls adults only. No teens, no screaming infants, no undisciplined little shits throwing tantrums, and none of this family friendly bullshit. I'm sure parents would love having an excuse to leave the kids at home and do their shopping in peace. Plus there could be porn and booze everywhere.
