Ha, thanks! Bumpety Boo is some extremely cheesy anime that I discovered through my granny. She sold Avon crap and they carried it. So, question... now that we can "gift" games on the Wii's Virtual Console, would people be up for doing that? I was getting ready to start picking up a few things for folks (btw... thanks bbobb for the groovy CD!), but I think it'd be a lot more fun to pick out a classic game for somebody and send it to their Wii.

Obviously, it'd only be for those who have a Wii and want to participate, but would anybody else be interested? I didn't know if we should make a separate post for the idea over on the gaming side, but I wanted to start here since this is the main gift exchange thread.

I think everyone's covered now, with the following qualifiers:

Cka will have his present PMed around Wednesday.

Melf will have his gift mailed from here around Wednesday. I still have his address from last year, when I failed to send the gift. I will do it this year. (Bless you, Melf.)

I PMed PitfallHarry and told him to associate a shipping address with the Wish List if he wants Amazon to be able to send him gifts.

Advocate's gift was sent back as undeliverable, so I sent him a message about it. If you sent a gift to Advocate and he hasn't acknowledged it, it may have been returned to Amazon, so check your e-mails and/or credit card activity for a clue, or just PM Advocate. I already told him to confirm his shipping address.

Kidnemo knows his gift will not arrive until after Christmas. For a different reason altogether (i.e., they live in other countries), bbobb, arjue, and Detour will also get their presents after Christmas.

Spread across 12 discs, dual sided. They have about 4 movies per disc. Most of the stuff is in the public domain so putting it on dvd cost them nothing, then they did no restoration them at all, and the discs probably cost them a half a cent each. Even at that price, they are making a healthy profit I bet.

edit - different list, Wyckoff cannot be a real town in New Jersey. That's even better than Athol MA.
