Took fucking forever, I breezed through the entire eagle body in one week, was all like hell yea this won't take long. Then BAM wall of confetti on the entire bottom half of the picture, the colors change every 2-3 squares which makes tons of thread ends on the back you have to anchor, which in turn makes it really cramped and harder to work. Ended up taking me 3? months because I just kept losing interest entirely in it.

EDIT: Here's the pattern. The disclaimer makes it seem like super hard cross-stichin' though. If you think you'd be able to do it, I'll buy the pattern for you too

lol etsy is down so I can't view the pattern.. But from what you pasted and looking at it, that eagle picture and the flowerpot both have blended colors. (the eagle had a LOT) and the belle picture I did a long time ago also had fractional stitches. The glasses look like maybe the hardest part of that pattern if those metallics are twisted like some pieces of the net in my kitten picture. I've read some people really struggle with the 'mock rope' stitches, but I did not find those overly hard. Anyways, you would have to also buy the fabric/floss for it and fully expect that to take me 3 months if you are being serious. ;pQuote:

Well dahv, I've finally watched breaking bad and I'm more inclined to do this picture for you now! You were scared off by the fabric link I showed you before, but those were ~$10 fat quarters of the size 18x21" which is well over the 4x6.3 you need so the fabric is going to max out at ~$10. Without seeing the pattern key itself..it says in the description 33 different colours, but as you know, it also has many pages of colour variations so I can't know if it's actually 33 for one colour choice or not. But looking at the display pic, it's probably half of that.
Kitting up the entire project, including pattern and all 33 colours(if in fact that is required)

There's no way I can really charge you for how many hours are put into this shit, and most people that commission cross-stitch don't charge much more than just supplies, so I won't charge you extra but if you're feeling nice you can add $20 to it.

This is 'finished' for now as I ran out of brown thread. It's the biggest I've picture I've done to date, cut at 12x21 Surprisingly, I spent little over a month on it. I'm going to give it to my papa for his birthday in May because he was very excited to see my work on facebook and intensely inspected my pieces when I brought them over to his house a while ago. I was surprised he enjoyed them so much, I figured my grandma would be more interested in them, but she wasn't overly interested.
Anyways, this will also be the first piece that I will attempt to frame myself since I will be gifting it. I'll post it framed when I finish it.
