My lawyers agree, that's a HUGE part of our civil case we are planning against the kid, his company, and the State. However, ohio Identity theft assumes that the person who makes the report is in the clear. Now remember guys, this kids name is exactly the same as mine minus how we spell our middle names. Where I think the fuck up was made was in the investigation, I mean the kids makes 11.50 an hour and had a 100k credit limit? How the FUCK did they not figure this out before they put me in jail?

Good question. The fact of the matter is, an innocent person was forced to go to jail at gunpoint. Not only that but if you had made a false move in the confusion, you could have been killed. Innocent man killed by the cops because of money. Wtf

Trust me if you have guns drawn on you, you won't make a false move if you have 1/2 of a brain. I froze up like a little girl in a haunted house.

I understand why he was jailed. The kid stole Biffs identity and then ran up a CC using someone elses card. The bank then notified the authorities and ... blam ... Biff in jail.

I can also confirm Biff has sound financial advice. I took his option 2 about 2 months ago and my debt is slowly dwindling. If I had a better paying job ... it would be gone by now.
