The first time I saw "The Game" was on an in-flight movie. They very conspicuiously cut out all the car crashes.
Still a really good movie.

There arn't even than many car crashed. The one into the water, and....when his car gets a flat. I can't think of any others.
They cut out anytime glass broke too, for some reason.
I just championed my way through Kiss meets Phantom of the Park
it was the best tv movie ever made in 1978
I watched that the night it came on originally. I'm old.
watched Heavyweights a couple of nights ago, a funny little movie about fat kids at a fat camp, starring Ben Stiller as a fitness guru who takes over the camp and tries to turn it into an amazing infommercial...
i laughed a lot more than i did 10 years ago.
I like how Stiller plays pretty much the same dude in Dodgeball.
"The Blob" thing that they jump on in the lake? Epic.
i think we need to be talking about Nathalie Portman's emaciated ass. and bruises. There's nothing hotter than when you have a reason to suspect a girl's been shooting up.
also once i had to get blood taken and i had this huge fucking bruise on my arm and people at work probably thought i was a complete heroine addict and i felt like a rock star.
Just finished "Palindromes"
Interesting, dont exactly know what to think about it.
The choice to change actresses on the main role was interesting. Not sure that each change really helped evolve the character any. You never got told Aviva was mentally off, although i wouldnt be suprised if she was. The whole movie seemed to have a lot of human deformities all around it.
The ending? I dunno.
I dont feel i got closure, hell i dont really feel we got any real opening to this thing. No one really evolved. All i got was some girl being young and stupid and settling for any damn thing she can get.
MC Finch: Man, that was the whole point to that scene. Dude being controlled by a terrible woman.
