This doesn't make any sense. It's not like Sony is actually developing the DLC; they only link to it. Why on earth would a website overhaul affect this?

The new PSN isnt web based, its requiring a new firmware. Maybe they are trying to avoid putting newer content on right now to avoid as many problems as they can when it makes the transition.

You'd think they'd circumvent the whole PSstore issue by putting it up in the in-game shop.

I got a message stating that Xbox LIVE will be temporarily down tomorrow. Maybe that's why Still Alive was posted early?
