I get super-mad whenever I get lost driving to a new place on any kind of timetable. It's the only time I ever get that way, which is bad for loved ones in the car. I should try this.

I usually just get really quiet when I'm mad at someone. If it gets to the frustrated end of the spectrum though, meh... I have a bad problem with crying when I'm frustrated, even in absurd situations (like customer support frustration). Can't stand it, but I can't do much to stop it once it starts.

Really though, I've never been mad to the point of wanting to punch something or any of that.

She's lying, she beat me regularly when I make her mad :(

I kicked a huge hole in a wall in my house when I was 14 after bumping my head on something. Having to fix that wall afterwards with my own money taught me a lot about the foolishness of hitting things when you're mad/hurt.

LOL... I kicked my first door in when I was 10 and punched my first hole in a wall when I was 12. Boy were my parents pissedand a little concerned that their youngest son was capable of so much damage to their house

I've lost count of how many things I've punched in anger (side of a barn, glass windows, walls, doors, steering wheels, bars (the acutal bar in a bar), etc.

I recently had to pay $400 in damages to my old apartment for punching 2 holes in my door and denting another after doing a palm strike to it.

Anger = Expensive.

Yeah... I damn near broke my foot the first time, so I stopped doing that.

Except for driving, I'm cool as a cucumber no matter what's going on.

Someone threw a hot apple pie at my car because I cut them off when I was 20. I laughed long and hard about that one. A whole, fresh, apple pie. Took forever to wash it all off since it had kinda dried by the time I got home.

I generally am ok driving, unless it's christmas time at the mall. I've seen people standing in parking spaces get pushed out of the way by cars. It's vicious and the number #1 reason why I've gone strictly online this year for my shopping.
