This is true.
So is this.

I used to be a breaker/screamer going on thunder lizard rampages, but, aside from an instant release, it never really got me anywhere. I'm sure I looked pretty foolish from afar, too. So nowadays I try my hardest to apply what I call the Greater Corleone Principle. Michael > Sonny, so it's better to be like Michael.
If im angry with someone i cant walk away from, I say vindictive shit and hurt their feelings. If I can walk away or am mad at something non human, I masturbate.
I don't do much anymore except drive fast or use emasculating language.
I just leave. Probably go for a drive with some loud music on and go somewhere 45 min to an hour away. If it's real bad I'll go buy something to make myself feel a little better.
So did you get kicked out of the apt yet? You better have somewhere for me to hang out when I get back to Boston. I can't take my parents' house all day long.
When I was a kid, my teacher was concerned by my inability to control my temper and got my folks to enroll me in martial arts classes. It certainly helped, but I really don't think it fixed the problem, it just upped my tolerance for annoyance before I explode. Now I am extremely patient and don't get angry easily at all, but once I do I just see red and try to kill people. It's like I go berserk.
Bitch stole my post! :chick:
I agree with Regus. Although, I would like to add that sometimes getting angry helps in a situation. Sometimes you just run into some stubborn asshole who won't listen to reason or logic, and you just have to deck him in the face. Back in junior high, there was this kid my age who constantly bullied my younger brother. I told him to cut it out and that we didn't want any trouble, but he wouldn't stopped. One day at the basketball courts, he threw a basketball at my brother's head. I told him in a firm voice to stop, but he threw another one. I ended up catching this one, threw it right back at his head, tackled him to the ground, and repeatedly punched his face in. After that incident, he never bothered us again.
