Well, he was 19 so not really a 'kid' so much.
That's a horrific story, but I smiled that the only person quoted in the article was "restaurant customer Barkley Rogers." I imagined a dog dressed up in a checkered suit and bowler hat talking to a reporter while eating his soup course.
