Maybe they will be wiser than us and realize that things just are, and are not really ranked better or worse. They will know that they are better and just not care as it doesn't really matter.
MBAs were never necessary. They're the equivalent of a graduate degree in sociology or philosophy but without any of the interesting parts.Quote:

Yeah, probably something like that. They're not doing it out of charity, that's for sure. Still, there's plenty in it for people who get them around here. I can't speak to how common that is, though. This is the only Grown Up place I've ever worked.
I think it's somewhat of a self-fulfillng prophecy. If the people making promotion decisions have MBAs, then they likely overvalue them both subconsciously and to justify their own level.Quote:
