I understand the irritation. Charging her for it as a crime is over the fucking line. It's charging someone for TALKING ON THEIR PHONE. She wasn't charged I just over assumed the implications so I have no real issue with this. I even understand the reason for straight up kicking her off the train for it. You should understand the reason why charging someone for simply talking on her phone in a hush-hush car is a dumb idea.
