Ruining everything.
The pussies are the people who didn't say anything to her for 16 hours, if the reporting is accurate, which it probably isn't.
They could have talked to her after 30 minutes, or 60, or 2 hours, or 4 hours, or 8 hours, or 12 hours.
Like I said I have no problem with having the cops come talk to her but I think arresting and charging is extreme. I live in a city and cops get called for noise ordnance violations all the time, mostly relating to construction late at night - that doesn't mean I want people cuffed and shit. I said that in my first post on the matter.
The reporting said that the train made numerous annoucements and staff and people on the train asked her to stop. I mean, even if it had happened only once; even though the articles don't make it sound that way, that's enough. I only have to not listen to my neighbors asking me to turn down my music once in the middle of the night once before they have the right to call the cops. In fact, they don't even have to ask me. When you break rules and laws, it's not anyone's responsibility to ask you to stop before the cops get involved.
I would have. They might have based on the articles I read. In the end though, they don't have to.Quote:

This I can agree with. I don't care if she gets charged, meaning it's not what I hope for, I just want her kicked off the train. The train staff might not be able to physically remove her especially cause of her size, get it? so you get the cops.Quote:

Nobody in this thread said anything against the annoying cunt being thrown off the train. Or the cops being called to aid in her removal.
Isn't one of the main purposes of punishing someone to relieve them of the fantasy that the rules do not apply to them?
That and (snicker) rehabilitation (guffaw!).
I think kicking her off the train was enough. Arresting her was unnecessary, as was stopping the train.
