Except it's not a secret. People do actually talk about it. What people don't want to do is blame the entire 14% just because they share skin color with murderers.

One of the shocking things about those kinds of stats is that neither side wants to talking about the method of murder. Hand guns.

Neither side wants to talk about the majority of gun deaths are poor minority men killing each other with hand guns. And that regulations of mean looking rifles does nothing to curtail it. It's almost like the us government hates all non whites.

The right is pretty out in the open, painting all minorities as murderous evil monsters. While the left stays far far away from actually passing anything that would help them and more times than not only pushes for regulation or legislation when the lives of rich white children are threatened.
