Yeah, it's a likeness rights thing. Technically he could sue for all the Chuck Norris t-shirts that are out there, but Penguin taking this on as a publisher made them the biggest legitimate target. It has nothing to do with parody/satire protections.

This is interesting. Last I checked there was a list of Chuck Norris's favorite facts on the site. The book is currently my staff pick at work, and I've sold a shit load of copies.

This excludes Chuck Norris. CNN did a piece about this. It's true.

Chuck became born-again when he got married a few years ago. He now does infomercials arguing in favor of bringing prayer back to public schools. The man hasn't be a real bad-ass in ages.
