Button check was done the way it should be done for every game: hit the button you want to assign to that action. Why does every single Capcom game still get this wrong?

Yeah, they got it right for the SNES games... also why hasn't there been a built-in tournament mode like the one in SSF2?

I know, but how did it compare to SSF2's? Was it just like the one in that game, where it could support 8 players with their own button-setups and did double-elim format?

I don't think you could set up CPU vs CPU like in Genesis SSF2. Million Zangiefs War.

There wasn't any way to use the old Super Turbo soundtack in HDR, was there?
That new soundtrack sucked real bad except for the title screen.
