Oh I know, that's why I won't play a non turbo version of either regular or Super.

Wow. You asked these questions like I've actually played it in person. I'll try to answer anyways from what I've seen/read at the risk of sounding stupid, but I hope someone points out any mistakes I make.
You can't dash cancel with just any special move. Only EX moves and saving strikes/focus attacks can be dash canceled from the looks of it. I've never actually seen anyone try to backdash cancel in any of the videos I've seen, either. Not even sure why someone would even do so. I guess I can see it being used to fake someone out and make them miss a throw attempt when they see you trying to charge up a saving strike, I suppose. As always, this shit is subject to change when the game actually comes out. Some of the info can even be outdated already. I remember Ultra Combos were supposed to use both revenge and super gauges, but it seems to only use revenge meter now.
PS: That Combo you tried to do doesn't even sound plausible. I doubt you could land those saving strikes fast enough.
Heh. sorry bout that
Im just interested in the finer workings of the game thats all.
Ive done that little corner cancel combo with Ryu's electric hadoken from SF3.
fully charged when they got up. other than that it had no real applications.
as ugly as it is i still wanna get my grubby little hands on it.
Hopefully they speed it up a bit.
are there bonus stages in this game?
pls say yes
Oh my car.
Jesus.
The heads in these videos drive me crazy.
Handy-camming TV screens while using the "Bigfoot" filter and jumping rope at the same time probably isn't doing the game any favors either.
