I as well as everyone I know never got the original 360 sent in back but each refurbished 360 received came with a letter that stated that it was a different unit with all my live arcade licenses transfered over. I should have pointed that out. I guess some do get their own unit back but I still would make sure any faceplates and stuff is not sent in. Who knows what they'll do to them at their repair center.
Everyone I know has gotten their own system back. Most of the people here too... I'd say usually is not the right word to use.Quote:
