I meant new as in getting it back from Microsoft new. Not store-bought new.

After my first one died, that's kind of the attitude I took. I didn't trade in all of my games, but I spend more time gaming on my PC and PS3 now. The 360 hardware is just so bad and unreliable (still) that it's not worth it to build a huge library for it unless you are fine with constantly screwing around with hardware issues, imo.
Cover the vents, turn it on and let it bake.
