My biggest complaint about Microsoft's DRM policy may finally get resolved. Originally, if you got a new Xbox 360, you were able to redownload previously purchased DLC items on the new machine, but could only use that content if the new machine was connected to LIVE.
This freaked me out because if my Xbox 360 ever RROD'ed and I got a new replacement machine, there was no way to use my DLC on the new machine offline. Looks like that could finally change.
I'm glad to hear it. My 360 has been getting disc read errors and will probably need to be sent in for a warranty repair sooner or later.
They fixed it for one guy, and it took over a month to do it. I'm not going to count on Microsoft being cool enough to fix it for everyone. This DRM shit probably bugs me more about the 360 than the RROD problem.Quote:

Precisely. that's what heppened to me this Easter. We went to my grandma's house (no Internet), so I couldn't play anything on XBLA. My daughter had no Pac-Man, Dig Dug, or Time Pilot (pls blv). She had to make due with only Pinball FX. Luckily, I brought along Lego Star Wars CS, and she started that. She completed episode 1 completely that weekend, between hunting for eggs and site seeing.
Your daughter is awesome, I hope mine will grow up and play games too instead of barbie. Because Barbie is the devil.
