If you take logic out of it, nothing. The only reason anyone owns an American 360 is to play with others that made the same mistake and to pay for that privilege.
Yeah, this late in the console cycle, exclusives are few and far between, and the ones that MS would love you to buy are going to be on kinect.

I liked the Japanese one for as long as the Cave games held my interest. American ones are worthless.

Considering Cave games are pretty much the only games I've played on the 360 in the past year, I might be agreeing with you when I play through everything. At my current rate of game completion, that will be in 2147 sometime.
