Go to 'apps'. Look at the apps marketplace. Select Netflix. Now you have Netflix.

Protip: If an app fails to start, go to your harddrive and check and see if the file is corrupted. I had to clean mine out, for some reason I had 2 versions of a few apps and it made my xbox panic everytime I tried to launch it.
