He was saying most of them are from rural, right leaning areas. I don't know where the words "all" or "hicks" come into it, but there's a problem with how you're thinking and interpreting what people say.
I did a little research, and it does seem like you're right though. As of 2006 it looks like 3438 soldiers were from rural areas compared to 15133 from urban and suburban (metro) areas, which is like 23% to 77%. I was just arguing with how you got your numbers.
However, Frog, a guy who lived in Coronado for 12 years probably would have at the very least a somewhat better insight on the matter than someone who just shot from the hip with no experience and failed...correct?
Coronado is how you spell Colorado wrong.

I suppose I misspoke, I didn't mean rural in the strictest sense of the term. A great many outlying suburban areas fit well within the mindset I was referring to.
