You're right. I've never really had a piece of property I'd be willing to kill someone over before. Its interesting.

Look if the results of the election were being sent through a website the way may credit card info is, I wouldn't be happy with that either.
If something happens and I have my credit card stolen on line, odds are my bank will catch it, and if they don't I'm out some money for a little while.
But with the election, there's too much at stake. Electronic voting machines ARE hackable and have failed every security test they've been put through.
That's the thing; the majority of the social programs they promise never come to fruition and the ones that do don't help in the long run. Those social programs simply create dependence on the system that is passed down from generation to generation. The perception that Republican = racist old white guy on the golf course is just silly; Republicans have historically done far more to actually benefit minorities than Democrats ever have.
For starters, Lincoln freed the slaves and southern Democrats tried to leave the union because of it. FDR, the president Democrats bow before, stuck Japanese-Americans in concentration camps based on nothing other than their race during WW2. JFK, another president Democrats worship, appointed anti-civil rights KKK members to the Supreme Court and had the FBI illegally spying on Martin Luther King Jr.'s every move in order to take him down if he ever got enough traction to force change. Even the Bush family (the epitome of the white country club Republican) appointed a black man to the Supreme Court, a black woman to be Secretary of State, a hispanic man to be Attorney General, etc.
Actually it is.
More nonsense. The whole "where black people live" thing has already been shot down. The notion that Democrats care about fixing societies' ills while Republicans would rather sit back and play golf is more Democratic propaganda. The difference between Democrats and Republicans on this issue is that Democrats want to get those minorities locked into a cycle of dependence on social programs so that they will continue to vote Democrat for the rest of their lives. Republicans would rather focus on reducing crime and improving the economy so those minority groups have a shot at succeeding on their own and building a real future for themselves and their families.
Are you talking about the party as a whole or presidents in particular. The executive branch only has so much power, but those kinds of social programs would not happen without democratic support.
Take polls at a Klan rally and get back to me. I'm not saying that their policies are racist per se, but racist crackers tend to vote red.
I attribute this to demographics and population density as well. The worst racists I've ever met are always the ones that don't actually know any black people.
Just stop trying. This is conspiracy theory bullshit, which should be our department.Quote:

Yeah, Bush has really revitalized the inner cities and jump started the economy. Well played.Quote:

Word, and the very next Republican president (Johnson) vetoed the 3rd Civil Rights act only a year after Lincoln's death because he thought blacks weren't qualified to be citizens.
And what percent votes? You STFU buttcheeks, your head is so deep in your ass that your kidney's are telling you to be quiet.
dude, what the fuck are you even talking about? Do you even know?
Theif is all like "omg, low population density causes racism" and you just waltz in and start yammering on about kidney's and heads in asses and crap. Go to bed, or stop drinking, or something.
LOL @ Cheeks, this is a thread about an election, not about racism, that was my point.
You want to start a racism thread, go for it, but most of us don't want to hear your point of view on it, you haven't left your state long enough to judge the rest.
