If you could only choose one for the rest of your life? What would it be? While sex does give you the ultimate pleasure, how long does it last? A good 10 minutes or so, then that's it. Videogames give you countless hours of enjoyment. On top of that, how many videogames in the world can you choose to play from?
I don't mean to get all mushy, but If the choice were "Making love with my future wife" or "Video games," my fiance would win hands down. But, as it's just sex, which I think is faceless and meaningless, I'll have to go with video games.

Sex. Only thing better than video games is great sex. Even bad sex is good. :)

Video games are more fulfilling on a personal level. I have never been big on sex. It is messy and generally carries a heck of a lot of emotional baggage. For me, sex is fulfilling in one of two ways: as a power trip or insofar as it pleasures the other person.
With my wife, my primary focus is her enjoyment, although our love intertwines our experiences in such a way that if both don't enjoy it, neither will. Luckily, we have the technical prowess to go with the emotional involvement, so it works out stunningly well.
With other partners, sex is about power and control. My ego is such that I do not need that kind of reinforcement, so I generally avoid a woman who seems sexually interested in me. I do love the look of naked women, but I do not want to base any kind of relationship on horniness. I feel like a monk sometimes, but the hard facts of people's feelings force me to regard sex as a necessary evil 95% of the time.
Well said, Despair. While it would be a tough choice, I'd have to go with sex too. After all, I AM a pimp! ;) Besides, unlike some people, I get a whole lot of enjoyment out of it. It WOULD be a tough choice, though... :confused:Quote:

I'm sorry that sex is only fulfilling as a power trip or pleasing the other person. The power trip thing I don't relate to. But the pleasure thing is give and take. Two way street. Great sex for me and my girl is like an intricate dance. With each person reacting to the others moves. "Leading" each other.
It's more or less the same with my girlfriend. If one of us isn't having a good time, we both don't enjoy it. Yeah, my primary focus is her enjoyment too. And my enjoyment is her primary focus, or so it seems. :)Quote:

Sex is not always about power and control. That is rape and not love making. Sex between two consenting partners is just that. Sex for the pure enjoyment of it. Recreation. As long as both partners don't expect a deep emotional relationship, all should be good.
As much as it is unpopular (even on a board about videogames), I'd go with videogames. Videogames are something that capture my imagination and I wouldn't want to do without, even forsaking the "greatest thing ever."
After checking the tally, maybe it isn't so unpopular. You're all losers. ;)
