Just toss a few dryer sheets in next time you're cleaning your soul, problem solved.
Very true, all religion is just a placeholder for the concepts we don't or don't want to understand, but other churches don't make you pay to "level up"

People who think everything in the Bible happened are equally stupid and crazy though.
Well, the Apostle Paul wrote a considerable chunk of the New Testament; and he had some out there ideas. Such as:
1. Woman shouldn't speak in church. At all. If they have questions they should ask their husbands/fathers later at home.
2. Women shouldn't cut their hair. It's their glory you know.
3. He also wanted all men to be bachelors, as he was. He did say it was a suggestion and not a decree, but he felt families held ya back from spreading the gospel; so you shouldn't bother with them.
There's more, but that's all I got off the top of my head.
I'm fine with women not talking, not going all Britney Spears with the hair, and being a bachelor, what's the issue?
What happened to my first post in this thread?
Nice enough before they start spewing hate speech about homosexuals and muslims. But I'm generalizing, I suppose.
So..
The fact that we can't point a finger at one person responsible, and since the Bible is written in such an ambiguous way it makes Christianity somehow have more credibility?
You are. That bullshit is the individual justifying their pre-concieved notions more than anything else. I've pretty much never met somebody deciding to behave that way suddenly after reading a bible passage who wasn't already decided on it.
