Demo was pretty damn awesome. This wasn't even on my radar this fall, but now it may just have to be a day 1 for sure.
This is pretty much what I imagined what it would be like, so it's awesome. Once you get the hang of the controls I can see some amazing shit happening. It's like a first person evolution of Assassins Creeds' movement.
I just got finished playing the demo and looking at screen shots and movies I just couldn't see how this game could be in first person. Kept saying it would be better third person, but I must say they did a damn good job making it first person and it's perfect just as it is. Makes me want to get this game when it comes out and hope I have time to play it.
Just echoing everything good that's been said about the demo. This is a day one purchase for me.
I've spent a good hour and a half playing time trial mode already. This game brings back the good memories of Stuntman (and not the bad ones, thankfully).
This game is made out of style and win.
Really love it, not sure if day one though, not doubting the game in anyways it's more like depending on the financial situation with the wallet. @_@
But yeah, so happy they brought the demo out, and have to give Dice here credit for trying something different, and imo they did a really nice job.
Don't know why . but playing the game just wants me to open up Illustrator and start doing damage with vectors. Especially the selection menu where you see the city with what seems like vector/3d buildings with no textures. Such a nice and easy concept yet affective.
Great demo. The character movements flow wonderfully. I don't care how short the full game is...I could see playing this over and over just to pull off better running lines and disarms. Dice is great, but look how smart EA has been lately -- setting aside its $300M losses.
EA has really turned a corner in the past few years.
The sensation of movement in the demo was amazing. Camera wasn't overly jerky or exagerated, it seemed just right. I like that you can see your hands and legs too. That sort of solidifies you and your movements in the world. The physics of the character makes sense, and it all leads to a really immersive experience.
This is awesome.
Yeah, looks good. PC version doesn't hit until January so that gives me time for the 2793697236 other things coming out this year.
