Not much. It's over 3 hours away between Asheville and Knoxville. On Google Maps, I see three country clubs, so it can't be all bad. If you prefer the mountains to the ocean, you may love it. I like being right in the middle, although I don't go either direction anywhere near often enough.
I'm surrounded by the ocean and I hardly ever get there. At least if there are mountains around, I can open up my curtains and look at them. Or something. Maybe I'll just visit you when I'm bored. ;)
I'd love it. We can wear our Rangers and Devils jerseys to the Hurricanes games and live out the editorial. And you're right about the mountains. That's a hell of a good point.
