It was another hockey night in South Florida, which of course meant another late loss after entering the 3rd with a lead. Tonight's lucky winner was the Maple Leafs. I planned on doing a photo blog of the entire night, but in typical South Florida fashion, my camera decided to die late in the game. It's consistent here if nothing else. Anyway, here are a few shots from tonights debacle.

The outside of the BankAtlantic Center during a chilly night. Well, it was in the mid-50's but its Florida. It was chilly.

The Canadian national anthem. Clearly, the loudest of the two anthems, as I'm sure every Canadian snow bird with a timeshare was in town. In fact, lets just call tonights game a road game for the Panthers.

The puck drops. Just before this, the arena showed a montage of the last Panther game against Toronto. An 8-0 Florida blowout. I was feeling pretty good at this point.

The Panthers score shortly after this early 1st period face off. For the love of God, Panthers, hold a freaking lead.

Florida had plenty of trouble staying in Toronto's zone. Around this time my camera decides to die on me. Just as well. The Leafs tied the score with 1:08 left in regulation, and proceed to shut out the Panthers in the shootout.
Fucking Panthers.
