It's not a bad idea, but I don't think it's where they're going. If you look at the preview for the next episode, he shows up in front of the Phoenix crew. He wouldn't set them up to take the fall but then show his face in front of them so they can finger him.
It's possible Walt could just set up Mike to take the fall and then use Todd's prison connections to have him (and the other guys that can finger him) offed once he's inside. Right now he can't do that because he needs Mike, but if he establishes the right kind of relationship with this new crew, it could happen.
I dont watch the next episode previews :(.
It shows him beating Skyler to death with a frying pan in the preview too
They really should film a troll last episode where Walt gets kidnapped at night, handcuffed and covered in a purple hoodie, drug out to the desert, where Hank reveals he knows everything, Maria caps him, and the two take off with all his money to Tierra del Fuego, just after it's revealed Jesse and Walt Jr are having an affair and Skylar was the former Mrs Fring all along!
