Okay, www.Converse.com does have bright white Chucks available with a black trim on the sole but they're $95. That's a bit steep for me for Chucks, well, unless they're leather.

Wasn't there a point where you could send any kind of fabric to Converse and they'd stick it on the shoe?
Good times gone, IMO.
Ah, they have them in canvas for $45 as well. Much better, imo. The leather is the hot sauce but at half the price I'd rather take the canvas.
And yes, you can still design your own Converse Chuck Taylor shoe. It's what I'm doing as I type this. It's an awesome feature and lets you customize your shoe broadly. The only issue is that they took away many of the fucking awesome options they had before which include a multitude of designs, fabric types, and colors.
I'm gonna need a link to that.

They let you customize on canvas, leather, and suede.
To add, on the Simon Says-like circle click on the bottom left button. It'll take you to the design-your-own-shit option.
I, am going to give this a shot. I only wear these black 'Walking' shoes, and then some steel towed boots for if I ever need them. Those are the only two shoes I won. Super comfortable but probably not very fashionable.
