Post Your Pix Part XVIII: Short vs. Tall

Playing with a RATM cover band (lol @ me) on McPherson Square, DC for the Iraq war protests. The kit they supplied for the show was truly of "what activists can come up with" quality, complete with folding chair for a throne and missing/broken cymbals/stands. I fought the powers that be with my Zolof the Rock and Roll Destroyer t-shirt.

I rolled out of there as soon as we were done. Police were on the scene (you know what I mean?), and it got broken up right when we finished, with threats of arrest if the music continued.

they do it for two good reasons. The old 50s tech is easier to fix in the field and their is already an established system for using it.
