Lol. I've found that generally price is more indicative of cellar life than quality. I have some of it stored away but in hardly ideal conditions. All i know is it tastes great now, and if its gona taste better in 15 years then wtf awesome.

My experience is a little over 6 years of grocery retail...
I'm majoring in horticultural production, and have been eying the wine production/retail segment for a little while. My main detractor from getting experience is age... only a month and a half before tastings, classes, etc..
Are you still going down that track, or am I remembering correctly that you quit that job?
i did quit that job, but im looking for a part time tasting room/bar job just to keep in the industry because experience is pretty valuable. wine production knowledge is good but you have to know how to taste and sell mostly. and if youre not of age yet theres no way youll get the job. but until then taste as much as you can and theres lots of good literature out there.
become a sommelier
Outside of yummy or not yummy i'm pretty bad at tasting. I can tell if wine is good but i can't say what particularly makes it good.
Holy everloving deity I LOVE Gin and TONIC. When I finally become an alcoholic this will be why.
You are a douchebag then.
tonic water is gross.
I'm convinced people drink it only because it's the "proper" way to drink.
I would drink Gin and tonic even if it wasn't alcoholic, that shit is delicious.
