Even with my fuck up, she saves 150. The new brass circlet was 6.50 and the GM style steering wheel puller is 15.00. I'll probably just charge her 28.50 for the labor.
Don't forget that they would have broken the brass piece too and charged her $60 to fix it.
transmission issues are a lot more trouble than dash related electrical issues. To work on a transmission you need lots of special equipment. To fix a multswitch you just need a screw driver and some contact cleaner. If you can fix a NES cartridge connector, you can fix the multiswitch of a grand am.Quote:
