Noooooooo....I never worked there.
This is about as much as I can say that isn't NDA breaking - I work(ed) at Gravity Interactive in customer support, and was transitioning to a specialist for their help desk articles. I also did some graphics for some website stuff, banners used at conventions, and designed some costumes for a title.
I believe the only other thing I can say without being specific is that I just finished a report showing that, since my transition, my involvement through the help desk made a drastic improvement for the rest of the team's ability to service the community.
And now in two weeks, I won't be there. So there's that.
