I smoked for 15 years. Whether it's due to that, being fat, or a bit of apnea occasionally making me subconsciously mouth breath when sleeping, I usually have a little something to hock up in the morning, yes.
Morning hockers represent.
Are you treating your sleep apnea? Untreated sleep apnea is why people die in their sleep.
Considering how I've treated my body, that sounds optimal.
It's not a bad way to go.
I don't think I snore, because there's no way that sound wouldn't wake me up, but I sure do drool in my sleep.
I sometimes fight in my sleep. I kicked the bedside table really hard the other day. Got a good size bruise.
I've snapped out of sleep paralysis pretty violently before.
I once regained control of my body and kicked the furnace duct on my ceiling as hard as I could, before regaining my senses and realizing that it wasn't an existential threat.
I’ll consider myself lucky. I mentioned this a few years back but I often suffer from hypnopompic hallucinations when waking from sleep. The unusual part is I don’t suffer from sleep paralysis when hallucinating.
Sleep paralysis sounds MUCH worse than seeing weird shit when you wake up. I’m glad I don’t have that. Or phlegm.
