Feet look like deranged monkey paws that belong floating in formaldehyde-filled glass jars.
EXACTLY.
No one wants to deal with feet. If you do, consider yourself ill.
Or bathing. Human bodies are fine. How do some of you just hate random body parts?
So my be pcb for dead hard drive came in. And the hako won't fit on the 6 leg chip I need to swap. Fuck me I don't want to buy more tools for this. But I don't want to cook the chip trying to it with braid and an iron.
So is stupidity
feet are awesome. y'all are missing out.
I'm so fucked at work. My team is already so short staffed and now my experienced meat cutter is going to be out maybe forever with what is probably cancer and shoulder problems. I don't know how I'm going to deal with it.
Do it the Republican way. Hire an illegal Mexican and then blame the Mexican for being there when you get called out on it.
I would love to. If it were my business it would be crawling with Mexicans.
Josh let's talk tonight, I think it was Advocate that was being freaky.
I go into cinema and it's like 5 or 6 threads about comic book movies. You guys not care about anything else?
It kind of turns me off of Cinemania but I still pop in occasionally for more obscure recommendations from people like arjue and Rumpy.
It probably has a lot to do with the fact that 3 comic book movies come out every month and we are a nerd enthusiast forum.
Flight cancelled after 8 hours of waiting in an airport terminal. This is why motherfuckers kill people. Had to scramble for a new flight out of an airport 90 minutes away and harass a friend into giving up his Sunday to help.
It's a sign. Stay out of Texas.
Josh is correct.
I looked into Nerd Block Jr. for my daughter. They make you choose boy or girl, and the girls don't get Turtles this month. Fuck off.
Choose boy then
I'm choosing not to support that bullshit. I'm going to try a roll my own approach so she actually gets stuff I think she'll want.
I must have twisted my ankle running the trail and not noticed because my ankle felt sore and I kept running on it all week and now it's swollen and looks disgusting. =D
it's the gonorrhea.
Stop exercising, it's clearly bad for you.
Someone in Indonesia is trying to hack my Steam account. I changed my password of course, but it still bothers me that someone knew my old password.
But most girls toys suck.
Sesame Street fired Bob, Gordon and Luis.
Well that's upsetting. They're the last of the original cast- outside of some puppeteers/people like Carol Spinney.
HBO gotta make their money to pay for Game of Thrones you know.
Internet raged SO HARD that they got re-hired in some capacity.
I'm trying to get discussion going on in Cinemania, and thry old leaks that Diffusionx sent me they talk about me in the Mod room. There's a Korian thread for me for me!
When I moved into my store front, there was a wannabe gym next door. We shared a back hallway and a bathroom. I've very little storage space, and certainly would have loved to throw some crap in the shared hallway. But I'm not a selfish prick that doesn't care if other people have to trip over my shit in order to go to the bathroom. My neighbor unfortunately didn't feel the same. To make matters worse, the lighting was on his breaker and he'd always turn it off. So I actually would be tripping over his shit in the dark. Thankfully, after a few months he moved to a larger spot on the other side of him. I was left with a dark hallway, but at least his crap wasn't in there anymore.
Well, now he's back. The hallway filled up with crap overnight. I'm fucking pissed, but don't know what good confronting him or going to the landlord will do. I'm stuck here for another 3 years and don't really want to put up with a bitchy neighbor. But wtf, clearly I had every chance to make use of that space. Wouldn't you think, "hmm, maybe this is empty for a reason?"
Btw, he's a veteran. That doesn't have anything to do with this conversation, but it seems very important to him that everyone knows. It's plastered all over his advertisements, car (which he had wrapped so it's a rolling advertisement), and windows. Fucking douchebag.
Who is he voting for this November?
your mom.
For the new kids.

Teehee SSJN is still hip with it.
Put it all in the dumpster.
I'd flip the fuck out on him, but I'm tremendously confrontational.
I tend to the more passive side of aggression. Contemplating putting my dead SF3 cabinet, ladder, and some other crap in front of his doorway.
That's also a fine move. Fuck that guy.
It's a bathroom for the customers, too? Just tell him customers have complained about tripping on the stuff in the way. If that doesn't work tell the landlord the same. It's 2016 and safety makes everyone its bitch.
Jerk off on his stuff. Make eye contact the whole time.
put something loud on the floor like bubble wrap so he cant walk on it without NOISE
Giant tacks and tripwires.
Since it's blocking the bathroom piss all over his shit.
Shit all over his piss.
You should have a conversation with him about it before anything else.
Edit: Oh I didn't read the piss option before posting. That's the winner here.
there's way too much paperwork involved with obtaining an extended validation ssl certificate
The Earth is Flat
Walt Johnson has been interested in flat Earth for around a year and a half. A "backyard astronomer," Johnson first became skeptical while observing the moon. "One night, it looked a whole lot like there were clouds passing behind the moon," he said. "I grab my binoculars and sure enough, that's definitely what I'm seeing. So that's not working out if the moon is [about] 238,000 miles away."
Gravity is "a magical invisible force that doesn't exist," Henderson said. "It's just a theory."
Followed by a video that many of these nutters point to as evidence where you can clearly see that moonlight is passing through the edge of a cloud that isn't dense enough to block out the light.
and
"The sun and the moon rotate the Earth," she added. "They follow each other. The Earth is the center."
"I think the sun and the moon are the same distance from the Earth," Long posited. "I don't think the sun is accidentally farther away from the Earth than the moon. I think they're the same size, same distance from the Earth."

Sure. Why not.
Flat earth is just a CIA psyop to distract you from the true hollow earth.
p.s. the Nazis live on the inside.
A few years back I did some freelance work for famous comic writer/artist Neal Adams. He set up his desk right behind ours like some fucking overseer, and the one day he was on NPR to explain his expanding Earth theory on how matter was created at the center of the Earth and it was getting bigger. Something about how plate tectonics was a lie and shit. There are a lot of crazies out there.
I like expanding Earth theory, that sounds fun like a comic book.
Pangia doesn't fully make sense to me. For it to work, was there just water on the back of the earth? What was on the side opposite to where the known land masses are? And are the land masses at the side edges of the plates? Will they someday slide over the others?
Maybe the land masses will all collide on the other side of the world.
Maybe.
Maybe teachers present it poorly hoping we won't figure out that the very land will kill us someday.
Still isn't showing the back. Or explains where we are in relation to the plates.
I did read about it some today. They said that pangia was the third or forth known super continent.
Nah, that's the expanding Earth gif. The land's connected on all sides. Water fills the space as it expands.
If all the land mass were on one side, would it not create a wobble throwing it out of orbit?
There is no orbit.
Letting me down PR

Also nice to see the us government throwing money away
Those hummer hard tops go for 10k used
Well, yeah. If you find an individual buyer for each one, but that takes time.
Auction them, get 1 to 5 k each, then the buyer resells.
It seems I've become a dumping ground for the local resellers. In the last couple of days, I've had 3 dudes that I know troll thrifts and garages sales bring me boxes and boxes of junk. Which I then accept and pay more than I'd like to because if not for junk, I wouldn't be getting anything. Maybe it's a mixed bag deal. At least stuff is coming in, but it pisses me off that it's only because these asshats don't think it's worth their time to list it on ebay (it wouldn't be) or because they're smart enough to not waste their time tinkering with and repairing something that's barely worth $20 (I'm not).
Scuffed up systems. Systems that work, but...Popular games but with shitty labels. Etc.
Two years ago I would have laughed these guys out the door. It makes me feel like a bottom feeding plebe. "Thanks sirs, for being so generous as to offer me your crumbs!"
Had Chipotle for the first time in prolly a year on Wednesday. Spent most of yesterday feeling like I was getting stabbed in the gut, until about 5pm, when I started throwing up and having diarrhea. Spent last night feverish, body aches, and extreme chills.
At first I thought, how the hell do you get the flu in August?
Then I realized it was most likely food poisoning. Chipolte was the only thing I had out of the ordinary. Now I'll never go there again. :(
You should have reported it. They have a serious problem with sanitary conditions.
It honestly seems to be the norm. I think a lot of people just chalk it up to their systems disagreeing with Mexican food but I don't see nearly as many people having problems with Taco Bell food or real Mexican restaurants.
Wipe the ass and roll your burrito with nary a hand wash between.
When you want tamales and you can see the rest from your front door and you call and they hang up on you and now you're considering a sandwich just out of spite.
I've never had a tamale.
Are you serious or making fun of a spelling error of some sort?
serious as a heart attack. Unless it's another word for burrito or something.
Nah, they are corn mill covered pork or beef.

They are usally pretty cheap and filling. Don't buy into the myth that the whole south makes them. That is something Foodnetwork made up along with everyone in the south slinging shrimp and grits.
I dug out a bunch of older PC games that were still sealed. They were from quite a while ago when I thought I'd give selling 'em a try. Truthfully, they were all from Big Lots- I didn't pay more than $5 a piece, usually half that. There were things like Ghostbusters, Just Cause, Bad Day LA, Thrillville.
ANYWAY, I didn't think anyone would pay for most of them and I just wanted them gone. So I put a dozen of them in a little basket by the door and put a sign that said "Free PC Games" on it.
The first three customers that noticed them said, "I can just take one?" I said sure.
Then another person came in, looked around for a few minutes, made his way to the exit. He saw the sign, grabbed all that were there and left.
Technically I suppose I shouldn't be bugged. I wanted them gone and now they are.
But I am.
Basic human decency is getting rarer and rarer
As much as I've enjoyed Chipotle in the past, I boycott them now for their anti-science pandering. They push the fact they're non-GMO, and then poisoned a bunch of people with their poorly regulated organics, which generally use increased levels of pesticides comprised mostly of cow shit. Cliff Bar was my favorite granola/protein bar, but they're recklessly anti-science as well, relying on the ignorant aesthetics of their target demographics.
I'm anti-GMO, but probably not for the reasons you'd think.
Well, setting aside the fact that any crop we recognize as food today is already so genetically-modified as to make the term meaningless, I'd imagine it's because certain modifications are for increasing a food's ability to ship or last in a grocery store, and sometimes they come at the cost of flavor or other cooking nuances.
I'm not a fan of their business practices. Like sewing farmers that store their seeds and not paying them each year for more seeds.
Growing food for the nation shouldn't be like downloading a game without paying for it.
Yeah, except that never actually happened, at least not the stories I think you're referencing.

I'm not going to address every point, but if anyone actually cares what scientific evidence says about it, here's a good start from a legit good guy.
This is straight up dangerous.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geneti...ion_technology
Yeah, but it's never been employed. It's just conspiracy fodder and a talking point for organic/supplement/"natural"/anti-science propaganda.
