I'm doing a video this week, and I'm looking for game trailers/intros that are animated and on youtube. I've thought of a few, but I need some help filling out 2 hours worth.
So far I've thought of Dragon's Lair, Lunar Silver Star, Earthworm Jim, and Out of this World. What else is out there? I figure if nothing else, this could be cool looking at old games...I forgot how impressed I was with Out of This World back in the day.
I will post the end product here once Saturday has passed.

It's a weekly 2 hour thing I'm going to start doing on justin.tv. With youtube all I have to do is create a 2 hour playlist and pick an ambient station off of iTunes radio and hit the start button. Then I can just walk away or chat with people if I'm doing nothing. It's pretty much like Cinematech before G4 pulled the plug.

I thought Cinematech was still on G4? I might be confusing it with something on Gameplay, which sucks uncontrollable amounts of ass.

Once in a while they'll show Nocturnal Emissions which is the pedo shit version of the show. I haven't seen the classic one in at least a year.

I did something similar to this back in high school. Although cool things like youtube didn't exist back then so I had to use my collection and games borrowed from work to dub everything to vhs first.
Do you just want traditionally animated stuff or CG as well?

Thanks guys, you were a huge help. I've got a bit over 2 hours worth of content now, so this week is all set.
If you still want to spend time on Youtube, the theme for next week is "isolated". This would be stuff like Fallout, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Bioshock, Resident Evil, etc. Of course we could continue to throw animated games up anyways.
Credit where credit's due...

I would say CG only counts if it's from the days before it was commonplace.

On the Jade Cocoon thing it was not animated by studio Ghibli but has the character designer for Kiki's Delivery Service, which is why it looks a lot like a studio Ghibli movie.
