Normal old day of work for me. Actually it was a pretty good day. Then the bitch comes in.

This is the same crazy lady that snatched store credits and ran out of my store AFTER FILLING OUT THE REFUND LOG WITH HER NAME AND ADDRESS!

She asks me If I "have that Training Day jonks in" I tell her to please leave the store, or I will call security. She starts babbling about how I "can't do that, its illegal." So i get on the phone and call security.

How does she deal with the situtation? By hitting me in the face with a fucking stapler.

Yes you heard that right.

People like this are the reason that I don't want to get out of bed in the morning.

Anyone have a better work related story than this? I would love to hear it.

I am really hoping that someone tries to steal something tomorrow, so I can restrain the shit out of them. :)

P.S. If any of you are hax0r types, and can do anything interesting with any of her personal information (address, social security #, drivers license #) let me know. I have lots of info on her, because she (get ready for this) tried to steal from JC Penny, and left her drivers license at the cash register.

That sucks. A staple didn't go into your face did it?

Last week, some guy and his wife stroll into the vacuum and sewing machine dept. (this is at SEARS, I work in electronics right across the aisle)

He goes up to the associate with a vacuum that is 3 model years old. He has no receipt and he claims that it was purchased 1 month ago. It shows obvious signs of abuse.

The associate explains to him that he cannot accept the return. The following happened...I know because I saw it:

"I going to fucking kill you...I am going you fucking crack your head open to stupid mig!" (the associate has an irish accent)

Security is called and our two head guards, who happen to be the two lankiest, white-ist, most non-threatening people in the entire store...and they come to hault 6 feet away from the customer.

They never got closer to him for over an hour.

Now, you would expect that an enraged person making death threats would be escorted out of the store. You would expect mall security to be called. You would expect the police to be alerted.

None of this happened.

In fact, the man was given a new top-of-the-line vaccuum at no cost since we are a gutless store. And management has the audactiy to blame employees for profit margin losses when things like this happen on a weekly basis. Customers and criminals have known this about our store for years. It feels like you are swimming against the current every day. It becomes harder and harder to sell service and extended warranties because of practices like this, yet they priority number 1 in keeping our employment status.

I would have beaten the fuck out of him with his own vaccum cleaner.

And no, a staple didn't go into my face. She hit me with the side of the stapler.

On a side note, I tried to go to the courthouse to press charges, but they were "too busy." What the hell...

Those are both some supremely fucked up stories.
I think you should try pressing charges on that retarded bitch again, 88.

After talking with a friend (who is the son of the county commissioner) I found out that this crazy bitch is a well known thief and crackhead. She has not only been banned from my store, but from all the Gamestops in the region, and from the mall itself. I would sue her, but crackheads have no money.

Only half?

Lets see, I work in a bait store. Worst customer: We sell cans of worms that have 100 worms in them. Some people want to look at the worms and see the condition of them, and so I'll pour them out on some cardboard and they can have a look. One guy didn't beleive there was 100 worms there, and began counting each one. After around 15 minutes or so he counted out 102 worms.

There is one guy who just LOOKS like a liar. He's tried getting some free boat launches of me and stuff with some dumb stories, but the funniest thing was the last time he came by. He went into the store, purchased two cokes, and told me that he put his boat in someones slip so he can take his friend to the hospital. An eel (I'm pretty sure there are no eels around here, he'd have to go miles off into the bay and underwater to encounter one) bit his friends hand and tore it badly. I said allright, and I went outside to talk to my dad and I seen the guy get into a truck. He got in the passenger side. Mr. bleeding-from eel-attack was driving the truck with both hands on the wheel, nothing wrong with them.

Ughhhh I woked retail management for years and even cell phone sales so yea i've seen some shit though never been hit, very, very close though.
