when I was laid off I made the best of it . While on unemployment I freelanced (video) and got an old band back together to rock a few shows and record an album. It was probably one of the most enjoyable parts of my adult life, I wouldn't have changed a thing about it. I doubt I could do this now with my current situation, I say live it up as much as you can.
