Re-examine your positions, your capital at risk, determine if you are fine with your asset allocation, if you should be more defensive, re-assess your investment objectives and compare it to your market outlook. If you think the markets will go down 10% from this point, I can't for the life of me think of a reason why you'd stay long and not in cash or more defensive plays. While acting impulsively and out of emotion are not advisable, burying your head in the sand or hiding under the blanket is not acceptable. Look at where you are right now and determine if you want to ride it out, or move to cash for protection and fight another day. You won't know where you stand if you don't look.
