My roommate is a bartender, he is on/off fucking about 6 girls any different month. Hots girls, at that. And they all think it is going to turn into a relationship, its funny/depressing.
I have seen him in relationships before, but it NEVER comes from meeting while bartending.

Women don't hit on me because I'm just not that attractive, and I don't hit on them because it's awkward and I just can't be bothered.
Attractiveness plays very little in getting laid/getting a girlfriend. I'm fairly average looking and I have never had a problem. Same with someone like Razor... look at his pics, he's not what you would consider hot but he has not problems either.
It's honestly all in the personality and confidence.
What bbobb said. I've looked like a scumbag all my life, and I was an awkward piece of shit through most of high school. I still managed to get laid. How you carry yourself and think of yourself is absolutely important. It's been said so many times that it sounds trite now, but confidence is key. If you lack confidence, fake it.
