Need a defibrillator? ;)
Yes.
Yes, Pens fans have booed him for years, but I think its just the "thing" to do. If you ask most fans their opinion about Jagr, they usually say mostly good things. I think he's a world-class hockey player and he did alot of great things for the organization. I have nothing but respect for him (after the series of course :) ) Hopefully Gill keeps him contained tonight.
Im trying to decide if a Philadelphia vs. Pittsburgh final would be cool, or the absolute opposite.
A universal not-cool from this thread save for Advocate.
The only inch of "cool" I can find is that its a unique "Battle of Pennsylvania" type deal. But I don't like either team, and I guess I prefer Philadelphia...I guess.
Obviously, the Rangers are done if they don't win the next two. I'd say the two teams were roughly even in game one and the Penguins were better in game two. If the Rangers can't bottle them up (a la Devils) and let them pass across the length of the ice, then they're dead. I think, as I thought in the beginning of the season, that the Pens are the better team but perhaps the Rangers leadership has an edge. I guess we'll see.
Its all about the goalies at this point.
I'd hate to see a Pens v Flyers final. First, it suck. Second, it'd be a rout the Pens would destroy the Flyers.
And really the Flyers should not even be up 2-1. Looking at the stats the Habs should be winning the series. But then again Biron is standing on his head and frustrating the Habs.
