Is it worth the price that they're asking for on Ebay?
I've had a Dreamcast for a while now and I'm thinking about purchasing Fire Pro Wrestling D and Samba de Amigo Version 2000, two games with stuff you can download off the net.
But how good is it for surfing the web?
I thought Sega stopped supporting SegaNet?
no they're not worth the price and quite frankly....other than for collectings sake theres no reason to have one anymore. the files you can dl for those games are oviously very small (they fit on the VMU) and you're lucky if you can find a game that still has working servers. i assume you already have broadband (or else you wouldnt be asking) so stick to web surfing on your pc.
you have to be lucky and find one at gamestop for $19.99, just like me :D

I surf the net all the time on my DC using the good ol' 56K modem and it is pretty fast. Don't worry about getting a BBA just get a free dial up ISP and use that.
You'd be supprised at the variations in stockage from store to store. I say check all of the GameStop and EB locations in a 10 mile radius from where you usually shop. Even if you don't find a BB Adaptor, you still might get lucky elsewhere. Hell! I got an XBOX controller with a GREEN jewel from my local GameStop.Quote:

I bought an Agetec Arcade Stick pre-owned, in mint condition from the same GameStop for $20. bones. :D
The only reason I could see anyone wanting to buy a BBA would be for a ping in Quake 3, other than that you can do without it. All those VMU downloads are tiny and take no time at all to download.
You can use it to make back up copies of your games, so there is no chance of damaging your originals.
This is its only value.
