I was fronting, it's actually ok if you cook it with enough tasty veggies, seasoning & sauce. But they have crawfish right next to it and who wants tofu when you can have crawfish?

I understand this outlook. I'm actually taking seitan over tofu at every opportunity these days.
I've never tried seitan (that I know of), may give it a shot sometime.
I took some pictures on Friday, but I finally got around to passing them over from my phone today.
So hard to drag my ass out of this warm and cozy bed.

Mundi the elephant says hi to the kids and shows some Puerto Rican pride. She used to be a circus elephant and does all kinds of cool tricks for the kids.

Gotta love those Spangrish translations! Mundi is so cool that she doesn't need shades!

I've been to that zoo in Puerto Rico. I forgot what town it's in but I remember that asshole elephant.
It's in Mayaguez. Yeah, Mundi's about 22 years-old. She's getting a friend later this year though.
Fuck her. They should throw her into the ocean.
Also, looking at your pictures and noticing the metal grates for windows makes me miss Puerto Rico. I need to try and go back this year.
When I tried to take a picture with it two years ago, it turned around and almost hit me with shit.
