Kinda like how a bounty hunter might have done it I suspect, but since we don't have those up here in Canada its a very interesting story.

This version doens't seem quite as cool, as it appears the guy didn't actually track him down, but instead some other person was walking his dog and spotted him, but didn't have a cell phone. So he went and found our hero and HE called the police. I'd like the first version to be true. It would be awesome to think that those kinds of people still exist.
