You're just driving 200 miles south on I-95. It's the easiest drive ever. I'd tell you exactly where, but I'm not sure yet.
I can pick you up from the airport if you fly in. If you drive, you can just google it. If you come in from whatever airport thats not BWI, there is a metro to my place. It might take place at a karaoke bar somewhere, but you guys can home base it at my place.
