I'm starting to get back down to a reasonable weight. I'm only 5'4" but when I was muscled out I was around 162-3, and a couple of winters ago I was up to 185. I had to start wearing size 34 pants.
Racquetball, laser tag, and dog ownership are really getting it done. Currently I'm at 167 but I've lost a lot of muscle. I wonder if I'll ever see a six pack in my stomach again. I'd like to get down to 155-160 and then build up my muscle again. Any lighter and I feel ineffective when I'm playing hockey or other contact sports. I liked being 170ish for football but I lost a step or two.
